Do you accept commissions?

We can make custom print on anything we currently offer in the shop, and we can make any unusual custom sized clothing :) If you're interested in ordering custom items please check our -> custom commisions
What sizes do you offer?

We have standard EU sizes: from XS to XXXL. However we can make any size requested - bigger/longer/shorter than our standard sizes. Just choose 'custom size' while buying and let us know your measuremens in the order comments. (Waist circumference for skirts. Chest, waist and hips circumference for dresses and shirts.)
How long the does the delivery take?

If the item is in preorder it needs from two weeks to a month to be made. After it was shipped You will get it in 3-7 days (Europe), 1-2 weeks (US, Australia and Japan)
What is the exchange/return policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for ready-to-ship products. Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery (Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs) Custom made, personalized orders and pre-orders in custom sizes are made to your order and therefore can't be returned or exchanged. In case of any problems please contact us though and we'll do our best to assist you :)
How can I pay and what shipping options do you offer?

All orders will be shipped by registered airmail, with tracking code. Please contact me if you want to ship it by EMS. We cannot send non-registered mail. We accept credit card payment at the moment. If you want to pay by PayPal it's also possible but please contact me first :)
